Why didn't they ask Evans
As curious as the title seems, this is a mini series comprising of three episodes which is an adaptation of another Agathe Christy work. Having read most of Christy's work, I missed reading this. The first 10 minutes gives us a hint of what is brewing, but then the series takes on a slow route where in each and every characters are detailed in a typical Christy way.
It is not that easier to pen a script out of a book. You are forced to leave too may relevant things and at the same time you may also look to add those cinematic elements. For those who have read Christy's work, the final revealing part is the most exciting thing in most of her books.
Coming back to the series, this is a slow poison. It keeps you guessing for the mystery element, but still the script is not so moving. They are only a few characters and the answer to all the specific questions lies with in them. Even though the ending is a good one it doesn't have that awe moment.
Why didn't they ask Evans could be a one sit watch, but you may have to sit longer!
