There is something unique about survival thrillers, they are specifically confined to a particular plot, and at the same time it has to be appealing to the audiences, in terms of its present-ability. Apparently, Malayalam film industry haven't had much success dealing with the above genre, since it doesn't mainly deal with the script but rather the intensity and the film-making element. Having said all these, 'Helen' can be marked as one of the best survival thrillers which happened till date in this industry. The one thing which the crew made sure before the release was to show a glimpse of the content through its trailer. This assured that the audience has to expect a survival thriller even though there was a lot of spoilers in the trailer.

Helen was safe in the hands of Anna Ben, who effortlessly pulled off one of the most exciting performance you can ever witness on the big screen. The making was crisp, tightly packed, even though there is some predictability here and there. Without revealing much of the spoilers, ' Helen' is an intriguing experience which should not be missed at any cost.
