Aavasyavooham

Aavaasavyooham is a genre defying attempt in Malayalam film industry which is mindboggling in every sense. From the first scene to the last, there is a seamless flow in which you could watch the entire film without distractions and such is the quality of the film. Bagging the state award for the best film, this is indeed a unique attempt which never stoops low through out its run time. A different narrative approach clubbed with a documentary style story telling makes Avasavyooham an intriguing watch.

There is a lot of fascinating elements in the film and one of them is the amalgamation of compelling facts and fiction in an even proportion. The main story line is blended with the discovories of different species and each of there characterestics are highlighted in the main narrative. Even though you will not see any mainstream actors over here, all of the cast performs as if they are not acting on screen.

Avasyavyooham also has a haunting background score along with some crisp editing. So, there is this sheer brilliance in the film where every scene in placed in a non linear manner, but still it goes well within the narrative frame.

Terming this film as an experiment would be underwhelming, but yes, Avaasavyooham is a calculative different take on movie making which propogates through different genres. If you are a ardent film goer or a casual watcher, you are going to love this film.
