THALLUMAALA

With all the talks around the town I also decided to watch the much hyped Tovino starrer in big screens rather than waiting for the OTT version ( which has been my recent habit). And I must say that I am not disappointed with this Tovino outing. Thallumala has all the flavours to become a perfect entertainer even though there is no such thing as a storyline attached to this film. Makers have not compromised on the technical aspects of the film as most of the departments shines brightly through out the film - Colour grading, BGM Editing, Choreography and Action choreography to name a few of them.

With placing Tovino and Kalyani in lead roles along with Shine Tom, makers have covered most of the base when it comes to casting. Another feature of this film has to its exciting music. Vishnu Vijay comes up with another exceptional album which blends along with the movie very well. It is not a surprise that most of the songs from Thallumala have found their places in the hit charts this month. Tovino pulled out the lead role in his some style and he goes out of his comfort zone in dance sequences which is really refreshing to watch. Shine Tom who is a familiar face in most of the upcoming films has again proved his versatility in pulling off grey roles.

Thallumala may not have the most convincing ending, but it does have all the ingredients to cover most of its cons. So why wait when you could actually witness some quality theatre experience!
