FORD V FERRARI

Today I happened to see the recent critically as well as commercially acclaimed Ford V Ferrari and it was nothing short of a great visual experience. I am not a big fan of motorsport racing stuff, but relentlessly got hooked to this film which got me through to the movie right from the first scene. It was like you are put inside a roller coaster third-person virtual reality game where you are deliberately trying to win a circuit race. Much appreciation must go to the technical team, which almost made this one a realistic experience. Even though most of them said this film runs much longer, it doesn't cut off any enigmatic moments firmly backed up by talented casting. You got to see Matt Damon and Christian Bale coming together and well you know they have got half of the film covered.

When was the last time you saw something which includes racing elements blended so well in order to call it a movie? For me, it has to be Rush, which was released back in 2013, primarily focused on a rivalry between 2 prominent racers back in the 1970s.

In fact, you can't compare both of these films, but for me former and latter stands a class apart when it comes to top-notch film making. Makers of FvF has thoroughly concentrated on avoiding cliche elements and eventually were deeply emphasized on gripping moments. Apart from the stunning performances of the lead cast, the most deserving recognition must go to an intriguing screenplay which is the basic skelton of this film. If you are a huge fan of formula 1 racing, you are going to have a nostalgic time, even if you aren't, you are going to become one!
There’s a point, seven thousand RPM, where everything fades. The machine becomes weightless, just disappears. And all that’s left is a body moving through space and time. Seven thousand RPM. That’s where you meet it. It asks you a question. The only question that matters, “Who are you?” - Ford V Ferrari
