SARA'S
'Om Shanthi Oshanna' was the first film directed by Jude Anthony Joseph and it was an instant hit and the lead role handled by Nazriya at that point of time created quite a stir among the viewers. Coming form the back of two female centric movies, the director comes up with an other one which conveys a strong message. Anna Ben has undoubtedly become a sure bet when it comes to handling lead roles. Revolving around her stunning screen presence backed up by Sunny Wayne at the other end, film never falls short on the performance factor.
Anna Ben handles the role of a strong women who is pretty much determined on what to do in her life but is rather confined to some of the surrounding factors which acts as a hindrance to it. There seems to be flawless flow in the film which doesn't bore you at any point of time. Even though the film is short on humour elements comparing to director's previous films, this one is a great watch due to the relatedness factor of the theme which it portrays.
Jude Anthony Joseph, who has already proved his caliber in the big stage, has come up with his best work which is a real treat to watch. Apparently, there are a section of viewers who considered the message conveyed by the movie to be a toxic one. But, considering the courage to put up a brave attempt on a sensitive theme, 'Jude' succeeds big time in doing so.
Kudos to many more women out there who still holds strongly to their dreams and this film could ignite a flame on them!
